Yes. Bookings are highly recommended as it will guarantee your treatment and we can’t guarantee we will have availability for walk in clients. We encourage you to book your appointment online or by giving us a call on 0421 023 121

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving 10 minutes before your treatment time will ensure you have time to complete your consultation form (new clients) and relax, ready for your treatment.
What if I am running late?
We know that life can be hectic with juggling multiple appointments, kids and Sydney traffic. Whilst we will endeavour to complete your full treatment if you are running late, on busy days this may not be possible due to our following bookings.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated. Any deposit paid will be issued as a credit for your next booking. Notification with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the booking cost.

How can I pay for my services?
We accept all major cards excluding AMEX. Cash, Zip Pay and Afterpay are available also.
Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
We are more than happy to have your children attend your appointment too as we know life can definitely get in the way. As a mother of 2 young girls I can relate. We have seats in our reception and for younger children we are happy for them to join you in the treatment room.
Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
Some treatments will require a booking deposit. This will be advised at the time of booking.
What Treatments/Products do I need?
Prior to your treatment we will review your consultation form and ask you a few questions to determine the best treatment and take home products for you.
What if I have a Medical Condition?
Please let us know prior to arriving if you have any medical conditions, no matter how minor you may feel it is. We will work with you to ensure your treatment is appropriate for you.
What if I've had a treatment elsewhere?
For our Hydrafacial treatments you cannot of had certain types of other treatments in a set period prior. Please let us know if you have had any treatments prior to attending. E.g. Fillers, botox etc.
What treatments can I have whilst Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
At Imperium Medispa we have a range of treatments to suit and will work with you to determine the bests treatment to give you that extra glow.
